All orders are sent by Canada Post.

Here are the shipping rates:

0-200g: Letter mode $2.99 ​​- $3.99
200g-400g: Letter mode $4.79
500g and more: Expedited parcel $17.99 - $24.99

Please note, however, that all orders of $150 or more are shipped FREE by expedited parcel. (Valid only in Quebec and Ontario.)

Shipping times: ​

• Letter mail may take 3 to 14 business days to be delivered.
   *Letter mode is basic shipping, it does not include protections or a tracking number.* ​

• Expedited parcel shipping is the fastest method with 1 to 5 business days for the items to be delivered.                                                                                                                            *This remains the best solution, providing a tracking number, more protections as well as a super         fast shipping! ​
